4.1 You may only use the app for legal and personal purposes.

4.2 It is prohibited to upload content that violates applicable law, in particular:

• Copyrighted content without appropriate authorization.
• Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or obscene.

4.3 You agree not to use automated systems (e.g., bots) to use the app.

6. Costs and Payment Terms

6.1 Basic use of the app is free. A paid subscription may be required for extended features or storage space.

6.2 Prices and payment terms for paid features are displayed within the app.

7. Liability and Warranty

7.1 The provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the app or data loss.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

8.1 You can delete your account at any time. All stored data will be irrevocably removed, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.

9. Rights to Content

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 For users in the European Union, the law of the country in which the user has their habitual residence applies.

11.2 For users in Switzerland, the jurisdiction is Bern.
